Technical performance:

1. The material is conforming to GB/T1527-1997 standard and GB/T4423-1992 standard.

it is passed the strict quality inspection and physical & chemical testing.

2. The jiont of copper tube is soldered automatically under protection by vacuum with fine surface and performance.

3.The part is passed airproof test at or over 3MPa, and free of leak for 3 minutes. we could also take leatk test by helium

4.The part complies with rohs directive.

5. The art material consists of copper and brass  . the designation of copper is TP2. The designation of  brass is HPb59-1 . the material conforms to GB/T1527-1997 standard and GB/T4423-1992 standard.
