According to the control requirement, Wind turbine hydraulic system consists of following module: oil supply module, main shaft braking module, yawing braking module, yawing drive module, blade tip braking module.
Oil supply module uses accumulator loop and consists of oil lank,Pump unit liter,accumulator, safety cell We provide various specification of hydraulic system based on system function and installation space. from 6L 10L. 20L to 30L The pressure of system and accumulator is built when oil supply module is activated The hydraulic pump shut down once the system pressure over the maximum set value then the accumulator will supply the pressure for system.
The hydraulic pump activated again to charge the accumulator once the system drop to the minimum set value There are filter and safety oil inside the system to prevent damage caused by overpressure.
