l Equal clearance device can always keep the clearance equal at both sides of the brake shoes during the application.
Main swaying hinged points are equipped with self lubricated bearings with high efficiency of transmission and long service life. Lubrication is no necessary during the application.
The brake spring is arranged in the square spring tube and the scale of brake torque is set at one side. The brake torque is shown directly, which is convenient and direct for adjustment.
The asbestos free brake linings are of insertion type, which is convenient and quick for replacement.
The automatic compensation device can keep the clearance of the brake shoes and the brake torque constant during the application.
Some additional functions can be realized by increasing the additional devices.
l Manual release. l Released or closed position limit switch can realize the signal indication of whether the brake is normally released or closed.
l The excessive wear limit switch can realize the automatic signal indication when the brake linings are worn to the limit value.
l The Ed series thrusters adapted with the delay valve can realize the delayed engagement of the brake featuring in smooth braking.
Operating condition
l Ambient temperature: - 200C --- + 500C
l Air relative humidity should not be more than 90%.
l Generally for use with AC power, 3 phase, 50 HZ, 380 V (60 HZ or other voltage is also available upon request. Please specify in advance when ordering).
l Sea level altitude accords with GB755-2000 standard. When the temperature is lower than 200C, the working oil fluid of the thruster should be changed by YH-10 aero hydraulic oil or a heater should be added according to the request. Details refer to the catalogue of Ed thrusters.
l The anticorrosive products should be adopted if such products are eroded by rain and snow in the open air or where there is corrosive gas or medium.
