Sanyo steam fired LiBr absorption chiller is based on the theme of "Clean Energy", and also creates clean and comfortable living environments.

SANYO has successfully developed Absorption Chillers with wide capacities while at the same time minimizing growth in weight and volume of the unit, thus realizing improvements in energy savings and space efficiency.

 

Double effect absorption cycle

Both the steam and dirct-fired SANYO chillers utilize a double-effect absorption cycle resulting in unit COP's of 1.0 for the direct-fired chiller/ heaters and 1.2 for the steam-fired chillers. This high efficiency design has reduced the input energy of the original single stage-absorption chillers by up to 30%. SANYO's state-of-the-art double effect design has also allowed the unit to be reduced in size as compared to previous generation units, making SANYO the industry leader in efficiency and space utilization.
