Spiral freezer is a kind of high efficient freezing device, which represents the development direction of blast freezers. Advantage: compact structure, space saving, large capacity, energy saving. Output ranges from 100kg per hour to 6000kg per hour. We have more than 20 years experiences designing and producing spiral freezer. Particular conveyor belt, advanced structure of drum and refined procession craft make sure the perfect quality of our products. Spiral freezer suits for freezing food in small package, like prepared food, flour food, seafood and meat.

Features:SUS304 Stainless Steel Conveyor Belt1.Durable quality; Excellent appearance;2.Special structure of 3 chains which can enlarge the effective area of mesh belt, meanwhile, it can also resolve the problem of turn over permanently.3.There are baffle edges on both sides of mesh belt which can prevent products from dropping down.

Insulation Panels1.It is composed by sandwich foamed PU coated by SUS304 stainless steel sheet on both sides. The density will be 42kg/m32.Linked by eccentric hooks;3.We adopt low-voltage heating device for maintenance door which can prevent the door from being frozen;4.The wide maintenance path makes cleaning process easy and convenient.

Blowing System1.Transverse circulation; Parallel blowing; Homogeneous cold air;SUS304 stainless steel wind guiding boards make sure no dead angle of blowi2.Sensible design of blow quantity and blow pressure can improve the freezing efficiency and save energy.

Evaporator1.Both the fins and tubes are made of aluminum-alloy; the shell structure is made of SUS304 stainless steel;2.Different fin pitches design can prolong the interval of defrosting;3.Big fins and big turnup can improve heat-exchange efficiency.

Special Low-Temperature Fan1.Axial fan; the air box is made of stainless steel while the fan blades are made of aluminum-alloy; shell of motor is hot-dip galvanized;2.Totally enclosed low-temperature motor; moistureproof and waterproof; energy saving; low noisy; reliable operation;

Inner Structure1.The frame structure is made of SUS304 stainless steel;2.The components between mesh belt and leading rail are made of UHMW-PE materials which can prolong the lifetime of our machine and meet the requirement of food sanitary standards;3.The drum is designed in squirrel-cage structure; UHMW-PE is inlaid on the columns of drum which to make sure reliable operation of mesh belt;4.Belt Cleaning and Drying system (optional, please note when order);

Drainage Design1.Integrally-welded stainless steel water slot will never leak;2.The corner is smooth; No dead angle for cleaning;3.The water slot slopes to drainage point facilitating to discharge water;

Controlling System1.The controlling box is made of stainless steel;2.The working speed of mesh belt can be adjusted by converter made by FUJI;3.There is block detecting and warning device under every layer of mesh belt which can prevent block effectively;4.Controlled by PLC + touch screen; PLC is made by SIEMENS; Touch screen is made by EVIEW; The operating condition can be showed dynamically; Control the motors, fans, door heating device, ultra-high warning device and many other controlling points; You can set and detect all the controlling points though touch screen; Human-Machine interaction; easy to operate.
