GYT Series Main Frequency Induction Furnace, also called as Main Frequency Induction Furnace is for melting QSn 6.5~1.0 bronze, copper, brass and their alloy.

 The product is designed based on principle of electromagnetic induction.The induction coil will produce alternating flux after connecting to AC voltage. It will make a closed magnetic circuit when alternating flux goes through iron core. The flux produces electromotive force and secondary current in the melting channel. The current goes thought the resistance of melting-metal, and converses the electric energy into heat energy. The heat energy melted the metal in melting channel. The furnace system consists of furnace cover, furnace body, furnace frame, inductor, furnace hydraulic tilting system and electrical control system, etc. The furnace body is vertical structure and the furnace shell is made of welded rolled steel plate. The melting pool is rammed by thermal-keeping material and fire resistance material, and laid by firebricks. The induction body consists of 1 inductor, 1 iron core, 1 melting channel, refractory material of inductor shell and water jacket. The inductor is water cooling type.
