Beijing Goodgather Energy Science and Technology Co., Ltd has originated an annular double-shaft vertical  lime kiln, which is the world's first double-shaft kiln technology that can produce active lime with pure blast furnace gas with less than 750kCal of heat value per normal cubic meter.

Technology features:

1. Utilize the parallel-flow heat-accumulation calcining mechanism.

2. Use the advanced annular design to even the clearance between the outer ring and the inner ring, and evenly distribute the air current in the kiln hearth.

3. Designed completely in accordance with international standards, and it facilitate the subsequent maintenance and repair of the equipment.

4. Use wide variety of applicable raw materials and fuel, such as blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, generator gas, converter gas, mixture gas, petro-coke powder coal powder, wood dust, heavy oil etc.

Active lime product performance index:

Lime activity ≥ 350ml, up to 440ml (4NHCI, 5min titration)

Light burning and over burning rate ≤ 5%

Heat energy consumption: ≥750kcal/Nm3·(Gas)

Power energy consumption: 40kwh/Mt·quicklime.
