Complete set of intermediate frequency induction equipments for wheel pair push-out de-banding of train locomotive, a patented product of our company, offers a variety of monotype, bi-type, tertiary-type and quadruple-type as well as single and double-band for option, capable of performing heating treatment to solid wheels,wheel bands and cogs of diesel and electromotive cars of all kinds including S8 express locomotive for the purpose of quick loading.
Features : Hydraulic push-out wheels are designed to realize a more convenient and efficient lifting with high degree of automation (self-acting de-banding≤6m/piece;banding≤11m/piece, automatic constant temperature) and accuracy (measuring temperature is the actual temperature of work-pieces with accuracy of temperature control within±2°C) as well as multi-functions geared to wheel bands of all kinds of diesel, electromotive and express locomotives.
Scope of set-forming :frequency conversion mainframe (including devices for temperature measurement and PID closed-loop temperature control), combined sensors, push-out mechanism, furnace mantle, cooling water tank as well as hydraulic pressure vertical tank.
