Brief Introduction:QLS PICkit 3 is new design Enhanced PICKIT 3 programmer/debugger, this item is a simple, low-cost in-circuit debugger that is controlled by a PC running MPLAB IDE (v8.20 or greater) software on a Windows platform. The PICkit 3 programmer/debugger is an integral part of the development engineer’s tool suite. The application usage can vary from software development to hardware integration. This PICkit 3 programmer/debugger is a debugger system used for hardware and software development of Microchip PIC microcontrollers (MCUs) and dsPIC Digital Signal Controllers (DSCs) that are based on In-Circuit Serial Programming (ICSP) and Enhanced In-Circuit Serial Programming 2-wire serial interfaces. In addition to debugger functions, the PICkit 3 programmer/debugger system also may be used as a development programmer. The debugger system executes code like an actual device because it uses a device with built-in emulation circuitry, instead of a special debugger chip, for emulation. All available features of a given device are accessible interactively, and can be set and modified by the MPLAB IDE interface.

The PICkit 3 allows debugging and programming of PIC and dsPIC Flash microcontrollers at a most affordable price point using the powerful graphical user interface of the MPLAB Integrated Development Environment (IDE). The MPLAB PICkit 3 is connected to the design engineer's PC using a full speed USB interface and can be connected to the target via an Microchip debug (RJ-11 or 6pin) connector (compatible with MPLAB ICD 2, MPLAB ICD 3 and MPLAB REAL ICE). The connector uses two device I/O pins and the reset line to implement in-circuit debugging and In-Circuit Serial Programming?.The PICkit 3 can now also reprogram any PIC microcontroller with a simple push of a button.

Features:   * Size: 58(L) × 30(W) × 6.5(H)     * Full-speed USB support using Windows standard drivers    * Real-time execution    * Processors run at maximum speeds    * Built-in over-voltage/short circuit monitor    * Low voltage to 5V (1.8 to 5V range)    * Diagnostic LEDs (power, active, status)    * Read/write program and data memory of microcontroller    * Erase of all memory types (EEPROM, ID, configuration and program) with verification    * Peripheral freeze at breakpoint   * Two ICSP Out port: RJ12 or 6pin.   * Support external DC9V power input, and include external power.   * It can stable output maximum DC5V for target VDD ( other PICkit 3 only can output maximum 4.7-4.8V )   * It can output maximum current 450mA for target VDD(other PICkit 3 only can output maximum 50mA )   * Program up to 512K byte flash with the Programmer-to-G0.   * Firmware upgradeable from PC/web download
