QC-X302-PA Shoe Flexing Tester

 

Features:

1. The test is used to determine the flexibility resistance of whole shoe – especially for 39 and 42 yards of French shoe, and no 6 and no 8 of British shoe.

2. Grip the forefoot of shoe (Make sure the one-third of shoe is at the position of rotation shaft).

3. The actuated motor conveys the belt to have the rotation shaft drive the rotation plate with a speed at 100mm/min exerting 30N force to the shoe for testing.

4. The location of rotation shaft is equipped with an encoder to detect the rotation angle of rotation plate for displaying on the indicator.
