1)This item was for 24kv FLN36R LBS box of XGN15 ring main unit(RMU) switchgear and could also fit to Schneider RM6.
2)We increase the phase distance to 210mm(schneider was 200mm) and a special design to guarantee more creepage distance and air distance.
3)Fill the SF6 gas medium inside this LBS BOX in pressure 0.03Mpa~0.04Mpa to increase insulated ability especially for arc extinction abilty when switchgear openning action.It means could decrease the whole switchgear size in safety.
4)We also design the contact terminal inside with permanent magnetism material.When LBS turn to openning position the arc will be arracted to more and more thin then extinguish in SF6 gas medium.It was a naturally arc extinction technique.
5)contacter:We choice the best quality material for the copper contacter.It have over 99.95% Cu content and special manufacture process to guarantee the rigidity for abrasion.This material named T2-Y in China.
6)epoxy resin:For our rigorous request in quality we also choice the best quality epoxy resin although it was expensive.We use the epoxy resin to manufacture a belt transect for the test before manufacture every times.So we could control the major material quality according the test data such as tensile strength,impact strength,bending strength...
For some special product we could do the temperature impact test.
