Epoxy glass cloth laminated sheets (Insulation sheet, industry laminate sheet, Epoxy sheet, ) are made of alkali-free E-glass cloth impregnated with epoxy resins and phenolic resins by processing under heat and pressure, Epoxy glass cloth sheet can be processed into all kinds of insulation parts, such as  laminate tubing, laminate round rods, laminate molded rods, any angles shapes, the products are widely used transformers, electric motors, cabinets, control boxes, electric switches, household appliances, railway, automobile, computer and medical appliance, etc.

Grade G-10/FR4 sheets exhibits extremely high mechanical strengths (Flexural, impact, and bonding) at room temperature, good dielectric loss and electric strength properties under both dry and humid conditions.

 

Application:

This kind of products are widely used in Relays, relays, switches, standoffs, bus bars, washers, arc shields, test boards, transformers, circuit boards, terminal strips, vanes, panels, sockets, coils, fuses, motors, generators, gaskets & condensers.
