The composite long rod insulators are manufactured with unique one-piece injection moulding technique,excluding the possibility of intertface breakdown.The core rod is made of fiber glass which is acid and high temperature resistance.Patented double sealing structure is used on metal fittings.The unique gluing connection of line rod insulator with metal fittings keeps FRP rod intact,providing the highest reliability of insulator in respect of its mechanical performance.Voltage grading device could reduce RIV level,which protect sheds and sealing from electrical erosion.
The composite long rod insulator is used as electrical inaulation for suspension or tension overhead lines with high mechanical strength in medium pollution regions and above at ambient temperature
