CHF series frequency inverter

Overview

DSP control system is applied to the CHF series frequency converter, to complete optimal V/F control, superior than the conventional C/F control. It is general type frequency converter, mainly for simple and high speed application, can meet most customers' requirements with G/P structure.

Features

1. Power range: 0.4 ~315KW, output frequency range: 0.00~600.00Hz;

2. Built-in AC electric impedance units within 18.5-90KW frequency converters to improve the output side power factors, to improve the overall efficiency and stability, to effectively eliminate the effect of high secondary harmonic waves on frequency converters and to reduce the interference outside.

3.  16-section simple PLC, multi-rate and PID control, swing frequency functions:

4. multi-functional 4-way digital input, 1-way high speed instant pulse input, 2-way analog input, 2-way relay output (Steps at 2.2KW or below) and 1-way analog volume output;

5. Instant power disconnection but no power off function;

6. Automatic voltage regulation: In the case of any change in the voltage of electric grids, it can automatically maintain constant output voltage;

7. The rotary follow-up before restart functions to perform stable startup of engines during rotation without impact;

8. RS485 (optional) physical communication interfaces, you should use standard Modbus protocol to support TRU and ASCII transmission formats before they facilitate your forming networks and carrying out engine monitoring;

9. External LED operation panels (optional) for convenient and quick operations.
