1. Production Process of Electro Galvanized Iron Wire:
Steel rod coil => Wire Drawing => Wire Annealing=> Rust Removing=> Acid Washing=> Boiling Drying Zinc Feeding => Wire Coiling.
Material: Low carton steel wire,Q195.
Surface Treatment: electro galvanized (zinc coated)
Wire Gauge :BWG8-BWG38
wire diameter :3.8mm-0.15mm
Zinc coating:6-18g/m2
Tensile strength :45kg/mm2-70kg/mm2
Standard :GB/T343,GB/T15393
Weight Packing:2.2kg,8kg,22kg.25kg,50kg for each roll and also according to customer's request
Surface Packing:inside plastic outside hessian ,inside plastic outside woven bag or as customer ' request
Features: High tensile strength and good flexibility, uniform layer of zinc, corrosion- resistant, beautiful color.
Use: galvanized ( iron ) wire is used in weaving of wire mesh, mainly for communications equipment, medical equipment and braid, brushes ,cables, filters, high-pressure pipe, construction, handicrafts and other industries.
