Black annealed iron wire

Description

Black annealed wire is used drawn Q195 wire rod as material, then to be calcined under 1000 degree and keep enough time and finally be cooled at appropriate speed.

Material: Q195

Diameter: BWG6-BWG22

Tensile strength: 35-60kgs/mm2

Coil weight: 1kgs-100kgs( also can be coiled as customer's requirements)

Surface treatment: oiled or not

Packing: each coil to be wrapped with plastic film inside and then hessian cloth outside

Quantity: 25 tons per 20' container

Features: more flexible than ordinary black wire, high toughness, uniform softness, consistent color

Use: mainly used in construction, mining, chemical, welding mesh, welded hangers, and re-processing and so on. Due to the softness and flexibility, it is also used as binding wire.
