HISTORY

Hangzhou Pumin Garments Co., Ltd. was established in 2005. We are located in Hangzhou Zhijiang International Tourist Resort Area. We are the first clothing R&D institute that the municipal government has approved especially. With the registered capital of USD 10,000,000, It is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise and have the capacity in textile and clothing research and development, self-design, processing, manufacture, export and sale. We are extending to the real estate and investment areas. 

Hangzhou Pumin Garments Co., Ltd. has been formerly known as Hangzhou LOTO Garments Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1989. It is one of the earliest export enterprises in Hangzhou. Our sales markets are mainly in Europe such as Italy and France. Initially we exported only down jackets. Now after 20 years growth, now our products include down jackets, leisure clothing, fur coats, sweaters, trousers, hats and accessories, and home textile.

Since establishment, "Quality first, Service first" is LOTO's motto.
