Special notice:  the edge is sharpened by professional sharpening machine with cooling water system, in this way, even after high speed sharpening by professional sand wheel, the edge keeps low temperature . In this way, the edge keeps super hardness and good edge retention quality.

Not like normal quality business knives, after edge sharpening ( high temperature occurs), the edge hardness decease and become “ soft”

Quick and professional sharpness testing:  take a dry paper tissue and fold it into 150 layers,  then draw-cut the paper tissue layers quickly, the tissue layers is cut into two parts smoothly. take a normal knife from market, repeat above testing steps, you will find normal knife can not do this job
