5.For matching the main brake,The positive roller and the speeding roller brings out different stopping voltage accordig to different speeds,so the tesion of yarn when breaking is as the same as on constant speed.
6.The electric employ the programmable controller of FX2N and 5.7 inch F940 sereen of Mitsubishi,JAPAN.all electrical troubles and operation information are displayed on the screen.The soft air finish all activities which need by machinery according to correct order from the PLC.
7.The positive roller device is equipped wiht two rollers with high hardness worn resistant coating.The smoother surface improves the absorption to the yarn.The high speed awaiting system of JAPAN provides the forces of teh above roller,matching with the PLC,which service for the main winding system.
8.The special copy functio can guarantee the tension of yarn will be uniform,it can avoid teh wasting because of the yarn's circle difference.
