Our corporation investigate and manufacture the knitting machine by ourself which called “Hualun Feihu” F20-2 computerized flat knitting machine, it’s knitting system adopt single carriage with doublesystems ,transfer needle combined cam is designed to be composite, two systems can transfer needle as single or simultaneity, also can transfer needle when another is knitting .The machine’s control interface collocate LCD menu form ,make the operation became easy to mastery . This machine would be mostly used to automatically knit woolen sweater, fit to the material include silk ,cotton,woolen,terylene,mix-textile and so on ,it is able to knit double-face jacquard,single-face jacquard,single-face and no dashed jacquard,pick hole,wring flower and so on ,include well-regulated design and irregular design .
Main Technology Parameters:
1)Gauge:3G,5G,6G,7G ,9G,12G,14G,15G,16G and3.5.7 Multi- gauge .
(2)Knitting width:45/53/56(inch).
(3)Knitting speed :Controlled by servo motor with 32 sections speed optional ,max speed reach 1.4m/s .servo motor use the precise back award control and link up the high speed operation ability of digital signal processor (DSP),which control IGBT to produce the accurate output of electric current .
(4)Knitting system: Single carriage with double systems.
(5)Knitting function: Transfer,tuck,pointelle,intarsia,jacquard,evidence shaping ,concealed shaping and other regular or irregular patterns .
(6)Neilsbed shift :Controlled by servo motor shift within 2 inches and with accurate adjusting function.
(7)Encoder: Advanced coder adopted.
(8)Transfer function : Combined cam with single or double systems can run independently, and each system would be completed with transfer,knit, tuck and miss, reach to produce availably .
(9)Winding density : Controlled by step motor,32levels density selected ,adjustable scope supported by subdivision technology: 0-650,the length of the clothing can be accurately controlled .
(10) Sinker system: Controlled by step motor,adjustable to different knitwear ,have various results of shaping and pattern .
(11)Takedown roller : Programmed instruction, controlled by step motor, changeable pull power with 32 levels and adjusted scope:0-100.
(12)Yarn carrier : 2×8 yarn carriers on both side of 4 guide rails, shiftable on any position (special no dashed carriers available).
(13)Protection system: The machine will automatically alarm if yarn-breaking,spin,floating yarn,rewind,end of knitting , fail of tracking,needle crash,error programming occur etc, give alarm automatically.
(16)Controlling system:
1.Screen display: Adopt LCD industrial screen and figure interface ,input device depend on USB or internet ,the system memory can reach to 2G,can input a large of design files, which can be fetched out for use at any time as per production requirements .
2. Monitoring menu: Each kind of operating parameter can be showed with Chinese or English words, and they can be adjusted at any time when the machine is running ,create conveniences for operation at most.
3. Design system and controller software are visual and easy to understand and upgrade.
(17)Data transmission :Through high speed ETHERNET which capacity maximum 250 sets machines ,the knitting data can upload, download and share.
