The machine’s control interface collocate LCD menu form ,make the operation became easy to mastery. Series collocate set-up comb device, can knit the single fabric automatically from first link to last link, and the course of knitting become more capacity, save yarn availably, increase the production efficiency. This machine would be mostly used to automatically knit woolen sweater, fit to the material include silk, cotton, woolen, terylene, mix-textile and so on, it is able to knit double-face jacquard, single-face jacquard, single-face and no dashed jacquard, pick hole, wring flower and so on, include well-regulated design and ruleless design

Knitting speed: Controlled by servo motor with 32 sections speed optional, max speed reach 1.2m/s. servo motor use the precise back award control and link up the high speed operation ability of digital signal processor (DSP), which control IGBT to produce the accurate output of electric current.
04. Knitting system: Single carriage with single systems.
05. Knitting function: Transfer, tuck, pointelle, intarsia, jacquard, evidence shaping, concealed shaping and other regular or irregular patterns.
06 Neilsbed shift: AC slave motor is adopted for the control, which moves the needles in a scope of 2 inches, accompanied by precise fine tune functions(double shaker mechanism, increasing movement scope to 4 inches)
07. Detect alarm system: The safety alarm detect device, achieve to up down and left-right swing function, which surmount the normal flat knitting machine with detect simpiy left-right swing only and great increase the detect protect function.

09. Comb device (S series collocation): Choose close “J” type compose needle hook, this special compose hook reliable to pick up yarn or release.

Clip and Forfex (S series collocation): Including 2 forfexs and 4 clips, which individually controlled by 6 motors separately, located the both of needle bedseparately, The procedure order can proceed by simultaneous or separately, further to increase the work efficiency and to reduce yarn consume.
11. Transfer function: Combined cam mixture designed, can transfer needles from front to back and back to front together.
12. Winding density: step motor control, 32-segment density selection, fine differentiation technology is adopted, adjustable range: 0~650. Closed loop system monitoring the current position of motor, which precisely control the length of the fabrics.
13. Sinker system: Controlled by step motor, adjustable to different knitwear, have various results of shaping and pattern.
14. Take down roller: Programmed instruction, controlled by step motor, changeable pull power with 32 levels and adjusted scope: 0-100.
15. Yarn feeder: 2 x 8 yarn carriers on both side of 4 guide rails, shiftable on any position (special no dashed carriers available).
16. Protection system: The machine will automatically alarm if yarn-breaking, spin, floating yarn, rewind, end of knitting, fail of tracking, needle crash, error. programming occur etc, automatism give an alarm, also set up the safety auto-lock protect device.
17. Controlling system: (1) Screen display: LCD display, touch membrane-wide graphical interfaces, input device depend on USB or internet, the system memory can reach to 2G, can input a large of design files, which can be fetched out for use at any time as per production requirements .(2) Monitoring menu: Each kind of operating parameter can be showed by Chinese, English and Arabic language, and adjusted at any time when the machine is running, create conveniences for operation as much as possible (3) Design system and controll software are visual and easy to understand and upgrade.
18. Data transmission: Through high speed ETHERNET, the knitting data can upload, download and share.
