Carriage Structure
Due to the Aluminum Alloy molded carriage, the sluggishness of carriage during running is reduced for its small weight, and knitting speed can be substantially increased. The two-arm-structure also improve the rigidity of carriage, provides much more working stability to the machine.
Revolving Sinker
Revolving Sinkers are equipped on both needle beds to prevent loops from floating upward. It makes knitting without old loops possible. Together with sub roller, full fashioned fabric and bulge fabric can be knitted.
Sub Roller
This component is necessary to knitting full-fashioned garment. It reduces the shrinkage at course direction, provides the variability of fabric construction, and enhances the quality of fabrics.
Needle Plate
Needle beds composed of needle Plates is extremely firm. When needle crash encountered, needle beds could be recovered by changing needle plate instead of replacing the whole bed, hence to minimize the economic lose.
Cam System
The conformation of the cam system is quiet compact, actions such as knitting, tucking, no knitting, loop delivering, loop taking areal concentrated in one cam system, Within one system, knit, tuck, or no knit is carried out, and the loop transferring or taking is independent of carriage direction.
Yarn Storage (Option)
