Merchandising:
Our prime priority is the customer satisfaction. And bellow steps are our work flow.
1)Negotiation with customers for transaction way,come to an agreement.
2) Checking spcs and confirm sampling time, sampling cost from sample room.
3)Feedback any problems to customer under sampling, and confirm price for bulk order.
4)sample send back to customer, and waiting for fix comment, after second sample confirm,push for order place.
5)Make invoice for order deposit, after payment get, arrange order fabric buying, fabric quality checking, grade size checking.
6) Ship PP samples to customers before bulk order finsihed, after pp samples confirmation, invoice the balance, after payment got, arrange shipment.
Quality assurance:
A Standard quality level is maintained to ensure effective quality control. Some of these include:
| First Sample appraisal: | Checking quality from the fabric,workmanship, stitches, pattern size and so on. |
| Factory appraisal: | Bad quality factory can't make good quality order because they are used to make bad quality and don't know what should be good and how to make it will be good.Just check samples and production the factory are making to tell what quality they are used to.Never believe you can get higher quality by higher price. |
| PP samples confirmation: | PP samples was get from the bulk orders, so once the PP samples not ok, then all bulk order you can choose to no pay. |
