Flat Tempered Lighting Glass
1. glass raw material
Float glass, Low-iron glass, pattern glass and high borosilicate glass are normally used.
2. Cutting
Cutting is very important in glass processing. Precise cutting is critical start for the following process step. So we put a lot into cutting process, like Germany made CNC cutting machin, full automatic round cutting machine and fully experienced hand-made cutting.
3. Edge Grinding
Edge grind like straight grind, round grind, polished straight grind, polished round grind, polished beleveled grind, fine grind hole, fine polished hole, stepped grind, we make all above with advanced fully automatic bilateral grind machine and high precision semi-automatic grind machine.
4. Hole drilling
We can make hole drilling both side simultaneously with advanced equpiment. With much years experience positioning of hole drilling, we can keep tolerance in +/-0.5mm which can grantee the product assembly precisely. The gap size from the edge of the hole to the glass marginal should excels the thickness of the glass to avoid self-explode during the glass tempering.
5. Printing
We can do both low-temperature and high-temperature printing. Printing workshop is fully quarantined to keep the minimum contamination. Fully-automatic and semi-automatic craft make us qualified to realize customer design
6. Sandblast
Sandblast procedure is totally processed by fully-automatic machine with both partial and fully sandblast
7. Tempered
All process are finished before we do glass tempered. Granularity and self-explode probability for BO glass are all according with Euro-standard. With a team of experienced engineers, we study our own ways to keep the temperature of the stove even and two-sided cooling wind balanced.
8. Inspect and packing
Every each product has been inspected qualified and packing according to customer's demand before shipping out. Our standard packing is using white paper to wrap each piece of glass and put into 5 layers export standard carton. Shipping in export standard wood pallet can ensure goods arrive at customer in good condition.
