Detailed procedures of Making craft:
1)We begin with the mixing of the various raw materials using sensitive digital measuring devices to ensure consistency from batch to batch.
2)Once the mixing is completed the raw neoprene is conveyed to the grinding drums. These drums ensure an even consistency.
3)After the proper consistency has been achieved we form the neoprene into buns and prepare each for double compressed.
4)Each Sheet is compressed twice individually at precise temperatures and pressures that are computer controlled to ensure a perfect finish every time.
5)Once compressed all sheets are aged to allow compression. Once aged, each sheets is trimmed and sliced to our customers specification.
Applications:
The thickness can vary from 1 mm to 20 mm depending on the application. After slicing, we laminate each side with various types and colors of fabric laminates, again based on our customers specifications.
