Precision 3D (QM3D1H) is designed for 7X24 hours continuous production. It is used to produce 3 dimensional (conformal) precision antennas and 3 dimensional interconnection devices & components. This model specializes with TP-LDS production process and able to adapt other multiple processing technologies (TP-LDS/ TP-LSC/ TP-LRP) to process complex 3 dimensional parts thus achieving high economic results.

1. Customized multi-mode laser head consisting of direct modulation, semiconductor and amplification laser technology for a wide variety of production materials.

 

2. Multi- model Laser control system that has high stability and wide production adaptability performance. The equipment specialize with TP-LDS production and compatible with LSP/LSC/LRP processing & production.

 

3. Precision Control: Equipped with Optical precision XY platform and Optical Z motion platform increase the production several times compared to the traditional production time. Precise high speed and double rotating platform ensure duplex positioning, saving engraving production time.

 

4.   High Precision: Using secondary imaging for accurate calibration to the optical parameters and specially designed rigid structure combined with high speed duplex dial ensuring efficiency and long term stability. 

 

5. With imported optical focus system from Germany, increased the range of Z axis thus greatly improving the production time and efficiency.

 

6. Unique rotation system that can achieved the length of 300mm work pieces.

 

7. 20%~30% improved production efficiency compared to similar equipment from Germany (LDS production).

Application Scope

The equipment is developed for the applications to LDS/LRP/LSC/LSP production for 3 dimensional (conformal) precision antennas, 3 dimensional interconnection devices & components. Laser beam are dimensionally scanned on to surface of the work piece to produce high precision components.

Integration of functionalities, LDS devices combine electrical conductivity and insulation creating design and production freedom. thermal management is the challenge in electronic devices; sometimes in power applications, but very often in lighting (LED) or other miniaturization applications. Some LDS grades conduct heat slightly better than standard material. 3D profiles, which are easily integrated into a molded part, increase the cooling surface to facilitate improved air cooling by natural or forced convection. Integrating these options in an LDS electronic circuit might save other design measures for thermal control. With a good component design using reliable interconnection methods, a high level of functional integration can be established with LDS technology. Designers will manage building a cost-competitive design.
