Performance and usage
GSC45 series Horizontal Slant CNC Lathe is highly efficient, universal and automatic machine. equipped with FANUC 0i-Mate-TD controller, it has CNC standard functions. Eight/ten/ twelve-station hydraulic tool rest satisfies automatic tool change while processing, enabling the machine realizes multi-process turning. The machine is widely used in all kinds of parts process in manufacturing industry such as war industry, automobiles, aviation, mould etc. and is suitable mass production of axial and disk parts because of fine machine rigidity and high process accuracy.
Spindle is independent (sleeve type). Motor is directly connected, stepless. Special bearings for spindle of famous brand such as SKF, FAG, NSK and NTN etc. are optional. With imported special bearing lubricant, the whole spindle unit has very high accuracy and fair rigidity. The spindle has received moving balance inspection, so it is accurate and less likely distorted under high temperature. Its max speed can reach 4500rpm. Feeding system is driven by servo motor, keeping good rigidity, accuracy and response while moving. Guideway of the two axes all apply medium pre-compacted lineal guideway.
