CNClathes of CJK06 series in Gfir Company are the mechanotronics machine toolswith all advantages of same category both at home and abroad, having thefeatures of good rigidity, high precision, easy operation, high efficiency tocomplete a variety of high-precision and complex-shape components and thefunctions of processing various metric and English screw threads, includingtaper screw by our turnery cylindrical surface, conical surface, arc surface,inner hole, external circular grooving.
Themachine tools adopt modular design and we can provide products as percustomers’ demand.
1. According topractical needs, advanced and reliable CNC system both domestically andinternationally is adopted to realize editing of English and Chinese, as wellas CRT display.
2.High-precision bearing is used for bearing the spindle. Spring clamp, chuck andspecial fixture can be used in a pneumatic, hydraulic or manual way;
3. Variablefrequency speed control and multispeed change are used for spindle rotation;
4.High-frequency quenching is adopted for the guide rail of the bed. Stepping orservo motor is used to realize feed movement based on ball screw along theX-axis and Y-axis;
5. Electric toolpost or tool post (selectable) is used for installing the tool.
