Machine is a special machine roll,processing with roller body pass mainly for steel mills,using the forming tool , on a variety of roll pass roughing , semi-refined car, cut processing and repair of the pass, also for roughing on the outer cylindrical surface of the roll as well as some other shaft parts of the processing
The parts of the machine by the bed , headstock , tailstock , tool holder , center frame etc parts,the headstockand tailstock are respectively mounted on the bed of the left and right side,tailstock can along the bedway movemen or fixed, to meet the different needs of the length of the workpiece.
Main transmission by a ac asynchronous motor drive, through mechanical variable speed make main shaft get to 12 level speed,feed system consists of main shaft through the light bar after mechanical variable speed make head longitudinal transverse each get to 12 amount of feed.
The main components of the machine by the bed , headstock , tailstock , apron , tool holder , feed box , center rest and other major parts,machine tool main drive by ac motor drive, through the mechanical 12 variable
speed can make the spindle for 2 ~ 90 r/min speed.
