4. Charactors:
a. The framework is scrapped by hand which has high geometric accuracy. In order to increase the lubrication oil reserve and decrease the friction coefficient.
b. The spindle adopts the world famous brand "ZWZ" with high accuracy double-row short cylindrical roller bearing take the effect of centering in the process of running or rotating, because radial clearance of bearing is adjustable; the worktable has higher rotation accuracy.
c. The cutter head device is composed of cutter head slide base and ram. The ram prefer the ductile iron because of its ability to with stand shock loads, high tensile strength, and abrasive resistance.
d. All gears in adopt harden and grinding processing and have the advantages of stable drive, low noise. The gears adopt 20 CrMnTi through hardening and grounding.
e. After the process of anneal and turning. The guide rail and worktable scrapped by hand sealed by oil slick to make sure that they can run steadily.
f. Screw robs (THK) at the crossbeam prefer the processing hardening and tempering. All screw rods at the storage are kept by suspended way which can make sure it is hard to deformation.
