HTS 320 CNC Lathe\Lathe\machine tool , cost-effective and excellent CNC lathe, is researched and produced independently by our company according to market demands. HTS320 can be widely used for batch machining of disk, sleeve, short shafts, internal and external thread, cone and spherical work piece. The characteristics of the machine are as followings:1. The machine is structured with 30°slant bed, wide support guide way and full close appearance design, which has high rigidity, reasonable dynamic, good guard and smooth chip removal.2. Bed, bed seat, spindle boxes and drag board are all apply the precision casting, finite element analysis and reasonable rib collocation, which improve the anti-vibration performance. 3. The machine is applied the modularization design. Not only the standard manual collet + gang type tool post, other different clamping configuration can be chosen according to different customer requirements, such as: hydraulic or pneumatic collet, hydraulic or manual chuck, different tool post type: gang type tool post + electrical turret or turret; different tail stock type: manual, pneumatic or hydraulic. 4. The resist type centralized lubrication system is applied in the machine.
