General

LS-F301 Multi-function board is a spare part for the Full color Asynchronous LED display control system , which has multi-function, high precision, easy to install and maintain feature. It can realize multi-function for led display, such as power on/off the LED screen remotely, automatically adjust the brightness, temperature control automatically by control the switch of air-conditioner and fan, read the value of brightness and temperature signal ,and so on. Industrial grade design to ensure its long-term stability and reliability. Users can choose the right spare parts (sensor) to monitor the brightness, temperature & humidity, nosie and so on to display on the LED screen according to the real application.

Brightness Sensor:collect environment brightness using LS-FL-1 brightness sensor, be used for automatically adjust brightness ;

Temp.& Humidity Sensor:collect temperature and humidity using LS-JWSL-6 Temp.& Humidity Sensor ;

Noise Sensor:collect environment nosie using LS-HS5633T Noise Sensor ;

Switch Signal Input:can connect with the Switch Signal devices. Use the Optical coupler to separate when connect with Switch Signal devices to ensure the security of the port.  

Relay Output:provide the control port for the outer circuits, loaded within 3A/AC250,3A/DC30 ;

Power Supply:+5V Power Supply input ;

Features:

v  Control power on/off the led screen remotely, automatically adjust brightness, automatically control temperature, can control the switch of air-conditioner and fan;

v  read the value of brightness and temperature signal via Software;

v  measure the temperature and humidity within the range of -40°C~120°C and 0~100%RH,monitoring the temperature and humidity of Inner or out of screen in real time; displaying the present temperature and humidity on the LED Screen;

v  256 grade automatically brightness adjustment. According to the environment sensitivity, the brightness of the screen can be automatically adjusted by the brightness sensor.  

v  Monitor the environment noise, can output the noise value in real time, each Lp data by 1 second;

v    Can collect smoke and mist (if there is sensor of smoke-mist);
