>> Principle

The working principle of ultrasonic level meter is that: when the ultrasonic pulse sent by energy converter (detector) meets the surface of measured medium, the reflected echo will be received by the same energy converter and converted into electrical signal. The ultrasonic pulse travels at the speed of sound wave. The needed time interval from launching to receiving the ultrasonic pulse is directly proportional to the distance from converter to the surface of measured medium. The relationships among this distance value S, acoustic speed C and transmitting time T can be indicated by formula: S=C×T/2.

For adopting advanced microprocessor and unique Echo Discovery echo treatment technology, ultrasonic level meter can be used in kinds of complex working conditions.

“False echo study” function makes the instrument correctly verify true echo and obtain accurate measuring results under working conditions with multiple false echo.

Energy converter built-in temperature sensor can realize the temperature compensation of measured value.

Ultrasonic energy converter adopts the best phonics matching technology, which makes its transmitting power transmit more effectively to promote the signal strength and realize accurate measurement.
