4.) Spraying artwork processes: 

Adopting the 9-position tunnel’s automatic electrostatic spraying pipeline, and the length is 260 m. Pre-degrease→degrease→washing→washing→surface adjustment→phosphate process→washing→washing→hot washing, after this 9 position’s pre-processing, the parts of the cabinets should be thoughtout the dryer room→spraying room→solidification room, after inspecting it, deliver them to the Assemble department. 

5.) Inspection: 

Before shipment, all the products must be inspected by our QCs, after assemble and repack, the good products shipped to the warehouse, and the bad ones re-back to repair. And we do this just want to make sure our products can well when them arrived to our customers.
