WATER SOLUBLE CUTTING FLUIDE, FULL SYNTHETIC METAL CUTTING FLUID

Feature / Application:

1. Applied to various kinds of CNC Machine Tools, processing ferrous metals or nonferrous metal materials, including copper, copper alloy, aluminum, aluminum alloy, ordinary carton steel, and die steel and so on. Also applicable to precision grinder of centerless grinding, cylindrical grinding, big levigation, plain grinding etc.

2. Water-soluble, the aqueous solution of it is characteristic of cooling, lubrication and extreme pressure, which enables it keeping the workpiece surface without mark or scratch; water solution with the metal processing oil is protected by the lon blockade agent, thus it is not easy taken away by the chipping, active ingredient kept from loosing. 

3. Stable consistence ensures the lubrication, cooling performance, extreme pressure capability, which effectively prolong the service life of the blade and cutting tool.

Notes:

1. Handle carefully, no impetuous struck, no mixture with other oils, oil stains, impurities or water; 

2. Before application, remember to use water to clean thoroughly cooling cycling system of the machine tool, discharge the water thoroughly; 

3. Use special oil for special purpose. Use cap to airproof it when stopping using or storage. 

4. Nontoxic, hurtless to health.
