VMC600 can precisely machining plate type components, disc type components, shells types components, moulds and all kind of different complex components. The machine has a CNC system that can switching cutters automatically. It has a totally enclosed type protection cover, automatic lubricating system, cooling system, drawer type manual chips removal device. The machine can milling, boring, drilling, reaming, cutting, tapping to a product with only one process.
Product Overview:
1. The machine tool bed, column, headstock, sliding cross-shaped bench, and worktable are made of TH250 EPC casting with excellent quality, each of them have went through at least twice aging quality tests, so that the machine can works stable for a very long term.
2. The combination of Taiwan ROYAL spindle unit plus 5.5KW servo motor, makes the machine runs the rotate speed of 8000 r/min. Low speed is good for heavy cutting, and high speed is great for precise light cutting.
3. The precise grinding quenching hard rail has been used in X, Y, Z axis, plus the special plastic guide way plate and handworked scraping, so that the machine can run with low noise, low drag, and it also can decrease the abrasion of the machine.
4. Taiwan PMI precise guide screw, Taiwan YINSH precise locknuts and Japanese NSK bearings are connected with flexible coupling, so that the machine has characteristics of high efficiency and low backlash.
5. Taiwan Beijyu carousel type magazine, can load with 16 cutters. The tool disk moves on linear rod for reduced friction and long service life. (Special option: Taiwan Beijyu disk type magazine, it has a even faster speed and better stability)
6. All transmission shafts use high precise laser interferometer to pitch error, therefore, all shafts has a high precision, and better product can be made with this machine.
7. Automatic gap concentrated lubricating device can lubricate guide way, guide screw and all other components.
