2) Customer provide standard custom parts, we can redesign and revise them according to request.3) We made toolings all in our moulding department, CNC cutting, CNC latheing cnc milling etc.

1) Steel Sheet stamping, 25T-200T, 0.5-3mm thickness, die cut diameter 400mm.2) Deep drawing 200T-400T, heigh 400m, die cut diameter 600mm.3) Spun forming, thickness 1-2mm, die cut size 1000mm.4) Die Casting aluminum alloy, 200-380T. 4 machines.5) Wire forming machines 30 units.6) Material we work on: low carbon steel sheet, SS304, steel wire, cold roll sheet, Aluminum alloy, brass.7) Products are with RoHS compliantFactory size: 8000m2, staff: 250.
