Casting plant:

we can cast various casting steel piece, casting iron, and precision castings less than 120 tons castings, such as roll, engine seat, frame, box body, gear blank, sleeves, slide way, valve body, valve seat, pulley, connection rod, etc. Casting branch plant can cast shafts, flanges, rings, deformed castings, various specification of hook forgings with the material of carbon structure steel, tool steel, ball bearing steel, spring steel and various alloy steel, etc. Main equipments we can supply are various large open die forging water press and various tonnages of free forging hammers. Maximum forging size is: ring Dia1500, flange Dia1000 and shaft Dia500*17000.
