    Alnico magnets are made primarily from aluminum, nickel, copper, cbalt, iron and sometimes titanium. They are widely used in all kinds of sensors and meters, electronics, instrumets, medical instruments, teaching, automobile and other applications.

    There are two different manufacturing prcess for alnico, cast and sintered.Cast alnico can be made into intricate and complex shapes. Sintered Alnco is manufactured using a powder metallurgy process, while slightly weaker than cast alnico. It exhibits superior mechanical characteristics.
