Poly-vee Tapered roller
1.Based on the 1200 series, covered with polypropylene (PP) covering, abrasion resistance, low noise, shockproof, not influenced by change of temperature and climate.
2.Light weight, easy start-up.
3.PJ type of Poly-vee, pitch 2.34mm, ISO9982.
4.The assembly of Poly-vee wheel and tube make it seprate between drive space and convoy space, avoid the effect of oil from the surface of coveying goods to the Poly-vee belt.
5.The defferent pitch (centre distance between rollers) require defferent type of Poly-vee belt.
6.Precision ball bearing and inner/outer bushes form the bearing unit which is very important, it is not only for good looking but further more for the roller running more smoothly and quiet.
7.The covering of the end of roller, well dust proof and water splash proof in operation environment.
8.Suitable for high speed conveying. Speed could vary according to diameter and length of roller, Max. Speed reach 120m/min.
