conveyors, they can take place of the DT75, and TDII idlers.

Characteristics of the idlers:

1. Superior materials

A. Pipe: The best high-frequency straight seam welded pipe, the radial runour and the ovality of the pipe are all less than 0.35mm, the

 straightness is less than 5‰ to ensure the idler radial runour less than 0.5mm.

B. idler carrier shaft: Use super-high accuracy cold hardening surface treatment cold drawn round steel, the surface roughness 0.8, tolerance is

only ±0.0065mm to ensure the idler axiality and flexibility.

C. Bearing: All use high accuracy, high standard low noise double-end face sealed ball bearing.

D. Bearing block: High precision bearing block, the inner bore precision is -0.013~0.045.

E. Sealing: Japan BPT-G and POM mateial, the inner sealing compressive strangth can be 30000N, the GB is 15000N.

F. Lubricating grease: Use 2# air lithium base grease. It can work 60,000 hours under -30°C~+120°C.

G. Sealing protector: Designed by our company to ensure the safe, effect sealing.
