There is another popular type of Cork Coasters that is a Four Layers construction. The qualified composition cork is put at the bottom, and then MDF board lies above, various designs (4/C offset printing paper) covers MDF board to make an attractive appearance, finally, a special kind of heat insulation protective coating is adhered on the top surface. We call this BaKa coaster. The advantages of BaKa coaster comparing with ReKa are colorful facing, easy to cleaning and durable. The edge of BaKa coaster can be natural, sealed with color coating.

Shapes and dimensions:The typical shapes and dimensions of cork coasters are circle sized dia. 95mm x 4.0mm and square with 1/4 round corner sized 95mm x 95mm x 4.0mm. Custom shapes and sizes are also available.

The edge of BaKa coasters can be beveled for sealing with color coating.
