The series diced meat cutter is compact in structure. It adopts the use of optimized hygiene design. Machine casing and cutting knife all are made of stainless steel material. Cutting knife adopts the use of double-edge cutting with high work efficiency. Smallest cut diced meat specification is 4mm and biggest specification is 30mm. It is indispensable equipment in meat food processing. Its main charataractics include:
1) Adjusting thickness-cutting knob may carry out steeples speed regulation of push rod so as to meet the requirement of different cutting thickness.
2) Having adopted the use of pre-pressure design so as to ensure making diced meat in even cubes.
3) When single-edge cutting, meat push rod makes step- by-step motion to ensure correct cutting dimension.
