Intended Use:

For the quantitative determination of Creatinine in human Serum

Principle:

In alkaline solution, creatinine forms a yellow-orange complex with picrate.

Stability:

Stable up to 12 month when stored at 2~8°C.

Limitations-interference:

Icterus: No significant interference≤50mg/dl;

Hemolysis: No significant interference≤1000mg/dl;

Lipemia: No significant interference≤2500mg/dl

Note: It is recommended that each laboratory establish its own reference ranger to reflect the age, sex, diet and geographical location of the population.

Linearity:

The test is linear up to 884μmol/L(10mg/dl)

Safety Precautions and warnings:

1.  Picrate and NaOH included! Do not pipette by mouth and avoid ingestion or contact with skin.

2.  Shall be stored at 2…8°C. This product is stable until the expiration date indicated on the label under the specified storage conditions.
