With large variation of core diameter, they are easy to couple and applicable to high power transmission, these fibers have advantages of high mechanical strength and good flexibility.

1 - Silica fiber optic-SOF IN MEDICAL-High power optic fiberWith spread use of laser in medical operations, high power laser (e.g. YAG) fibers have found wide applications. We have developed a high power fiber with following properties:a.The fiber is provided with SMA905 standard connector.b.The coupling transmission efficiency of the fiber is 80%.c.The transmission power is up to 100W.d.The fiber is interchangeable, safe and reliable in operation.In addition, YAG laser couplers and adjusting racks are available.
2 - Silica fiber optic-SOF IN MEDICAL-irradiationThis product is reasonable in design and easy to couple, with coupling efficiency >80%. Depending on different body parts and diseases for treatment, following product types have been developed:1.Extracorporeal single - input and single-output, multi-input and single output fibers.2.Extracorporeal double input and single output, multi-input and single output fibers.3.Side-emitting fiber, multi-input and single-output ,multi-input and single-output fibers.4.Diffusion fiber. 3 - Silica fiber optic-SOF IN MEDICAL-sterile needle(a)These refer to Deep Type II optical fiber and fiber optic needle developed for medical instrument with intravascular laser irradiation of blood (ILIB) using low energy He-Ne laser. This instrument has special curative effect to nervous system diseases such as cerebral embolism, senile dementia and neurasthenia; cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction, stenocadia, myocarditis, arrhythmia, coronary heart disease, hypertension and high blood fat. It also functions as alleviating symptoms and reducing blood sugar for diabetic peripheral nerves lesions and functions as relieving pain and alleviating symptoms for advanced tumors.(b)Propertiesi. 4 - SILICA FIBER BUNDLE Because silica optical fibers are usable for a wide region of wavelength (0.2~0.8μm) and have very high transmissivity, they can be assembled to bundles for light transmission, which are widely used in ultraviolet curing, fluorescent detection, criminal investigation and evidence obtaining as well as various sensors. Actual products include:1.High temperature sensing fiber: used for sensing at high temperature, e.g. in steelworks and thermal power plants.2.Sensing fiber for printing use: largely used for color printing on plastic packaging, e.g. for chromatographic position sensing, esp., in imported printing machines.3.Liquid level sensing fiber: used for liquid level contort in large tanks such as water and oil tanks and solar water heaters.4.Fiber for measuring, e.g. in distance gages. 5 - PURE SILICA LIGHT GUIDE ROD The silica lightguide rod developed by us is a new type light conducting element made of high purity silica, featured by excellent light conducting properties, high transmission efficiency and broad spectral range. The silica rod is assembled with a stainless steel jacket by a special technique so that it is resistant to high temperature without heat generation in use.
