Double Star Luohe Zhongyuan Machinery Co., Ltd is the backbone of Double Star Group in foundry machinery, and one of six key enterprises of original ministry of machinery industry and the largest machinery production base in Henan province of China.Our company is state-owned enterprise, the state has 60% stock right. With more than 40 years of manufacture and practice experience in foundry machinery, we mainly product foundry sand reclamation complete plant, Vacuum process moulding plant, sodium silicate sand reclamation complete plant, Lost foam(EPC process) production line, dust cleaning equipment.

Our company in 1999 got through ISO9000 authentication. Our company subordinates five branch factories and one research institute. It is the second measurement unit in China, and the only enterprise that obtained the pressure vessel manufacture license in foundry machinery industry. We developed the first Vacuum process moulding plant to manufacture axle castings in China. Our three-claw clamping positioning device, self-hardening double sand three mixing continuous mixer, multilevel efficient reclamation winnower, roller reversal type strength scrub reclaimer, hydraulic clamping turn-over machine, winnowing and magnetic separation one machine, and low speed continuous sand mixing device have obtained national patent in China. We have the comprehensive ability of completely independent design, development, manufacture and commissioning. Our equipment have been sold throughout the country and exported to Asia, Europe, South America and other regions, whose technical level has reached the international advanced level.

Boiling and cooling bed 

This machine is used for foundry workshop without binder and with binder good flow properties (resin self hardening, sodium silicate self-hardening sand and so on) casting sand cooling separate with micro powder. Owing to sand boiling the friction among sand has a certain regeneration function. Pour the cooling circulated water into the heat exchange unit, making use of high pressure blower is to make effect on the sand of boiling box by a certain air pressure and air volume, which can make sand in the condition of fluidization to conduct full heat exchange with heat exchanger, besides, it sets dust extraction port. So it has the advantage of obvious cooling effect and good micro powder separability.

Sand temperature adjustor

The machine is used for sand temperature regulator after resin used sand regeneration, when the reclaimed sand temperature is higher than expected temperature, we can select cooling water circulation system, so as to cool the reclaimed sand to the expected temperature. When the reclaimed sand temperature is less than expected temperature, we can select heating water circulation system, so as to heat reclaimed sand to the expected temperature.

 The features of the machine:

1. All machines are adopted seamless pipe heat exchanger, compact in design, regulating temperatures smoothly.

2. Adopt the structure of fixed grille and mobile grille, which makes sand temperature more convenient, excepted sand temperature more uniform.

3. Seamless pipe are filled with reclaimed sand, otherwise uncovering seamless pipe will produce the drop. 4 The same circulation water system need to select sand cooling or sand heating because of temperature difference..
