Features:

The steel plate pretreatment line is used in removing surfac e dust before welding process, and then spray paint. Formed by preheating part, shot blasting and removing rust part, spraying paint part and drying part.The shot blasting and removing part adopted cantilever centrifugal type high efficiency impeller head, full shutter type sand separator, the pills cleaning part adopted high strength nylon roll brushed and second level cleaning installation with the high pressure positive blower. The preheating and drying part adopted various heating modes, eg. Electricity, fuel gas, fuel oil and so on. The spraying paint part adopted the high pressure airless spraying. The full line is centralized controlled by Industrial Personal Computer (IPC) to realize the mechanotronicsAs the shape of steel plate is regular before processed, it is helpful for mechanical rust removal and automation of spraying paint, improving the efficiency of dust removing, reducing the intensity of labor and environment pollution.Improving the steel plate’s capacity of resisting corrosion and fatigue, to extend the useful life.Mainly used in the field of shipbuilding, locomotive, antiseptic project and bridge construction industries.
