This Special production line is based on Continuous up-casting cathode, manufacturing high quality, large length and brightnessφ8mm Phosphor Bronze rods. Phosphor Bronze rod is high conductivity electrician material, oxygen levels low, mechanical property excellent, widely used in electric wire, cable and electromagnetic line industry as a conductor material. Along with the continuous extrusion copper flat wire, copper bar technology continues maturing and developing, Phosphor Bronze rod as extrusion of raw materials were also used widely.

Equipment Structure
The whole system is made up Melting & Holding Furnace, Tractor, Crystallizer, Speed control device, Collecting machine, Cooling water system and Electric System.
1. Melting & Holding Furnace
The furnace is designed as one structural, eliminates the flow slot and gas generator protection, reduces the heat loss. The design of the furnace throat for the entire block electrolytic copper input easily, saves shears investment and reduce the loss of the process. Inductor and furnace bottom are both made up high quality fireproofing, extending the life of the furnace.
2. Tractor
The tractor is made up A.C. servo motor, deceleration machine, cog belt wheel, drawing roller, guide roller, mould brackets, liquid surface tracking system, cooling water pipes and console and so on. According to needs, 2~24 crystallizers can be installed on the tractor, and each can dismounting alone and mutual noninterference. The number of the copper rops can be decided in line with the quantity of raw materials.
3. Crystallizer
The crystallizer is the KEY component of the whole system which made up Stainless steel pipes, copper pipes, sealing ring, graphite mould, insulation cover and protective sleeve.Its loading and unloading are convenient and fast.
4. Speed control device
Speed control device is made up rack, controler and guide wheel and so on. When the collecting speed is slower or faster than the tracting speed, the output singles are chenged and feedback to numerical control system and computer, adjust the speed and achieve synchronism tracking.
5. Collecting machine
The collecting machine is made up rack, motor, reducer, tier institutions, collecting rack, collecting wheels and electric control system an so on. Controlled by PLC, 2-3Mt for each collecting rack. There are 2~12 sets machine for this system, and each of them can collect 2 strand copper rods.
Transmission agent
1. Tractor Transmission
Tractor is drived by AC servo motor, controled by computer, Ac servo motor intermittent one-way rotate and connected through the reducer.
2. Liquid surface tracking
There is a liquid surface tracking system in the tractor to keep crystallizer insert into the depth of the liquid copper relatively stable, ensure the draw bar and crystallizer avoid been burning out by the liquid copper when the furnace charging.
3. Collecting machine
Under the control of frequency converter, motor decelerated by the worm gear reducer and low speed gearbox, drives the two active wheel rotation. The collecting wheels are controled by computer and frequency converter to achieve frequency conversion collecting.
