The booth is a special structure made without welding, avoiding welding deformation and leakage, having a beautiful and neat appearance. The spraying pipeline adopts a mode of vertical travel, which prevents liquid loss throughout the process. The spraying nozzle itself can be disassembled fast and adjusted universally, ensuring the highest efficiency of a spraying system. An oil heating system for tank liquor is used to avoid problems for those clients not having a steam heat source and is safe and reliable. Using the stand-up submerged pump saves the floor space and completely stops liquor from leaking and puts an end to waste. The system saves power and energy sources and reduces the necessity of handling waste products. The system has phosphorization slag-off capacity, using an intermittent perch sedimentation and PLC full automatic slag separator.
