loading car → uncoiler(1#,2#pay-off reel working in turning )→shearing(double layer shear)→welder →dip washing ,brushing ,electrolytic washing and dryer→entry looper →restore annealing →hot dipping galvanizing →air knife blow →air cooling →water quenching cooling →skin pass →leveller →passivation and anti-fingerprint →exit looper →electrolytic oiler →shearing → coiler →unload coil →package
